In 2002 Sean fulfilled his dreams by launching Cosmic and remains the central design force in our now expanded team, inputting on the creative direction of every project. Having graduated Cum Laude from The Savannah College of Arts and Design, Sean worked at Logic Communications in Bermuda, then Matcham & Matcham advertising agency before launching Cosmic. Sean’s innovative approach looks at design in context, considering every customer touch point; as a result, his work has remained innovative and award-winning for more than 20 years. Sean will be the Creative Director for all projects, ensuring a clean, engaging and fresh design across every aspect and detail of the brand. He will be present in key meetings, design development stages and work reviews to ensure visual consistency and an intuitive user design.
Craig
Craig is our web development lead. He founded The Foundation in 2002, a pioneering agency in Bermuda dedicated to web-focused projects, and merged with Cosmic in 2016 to combine marketing and website expertise to form our full-service agency today. With over 25 years of experience in website design, Craig has focused his entire career on delivering innovative and reliable web solutions.
Craig’s extensive professional background includes work as a brand and UI designer in the U.S. and as Web Development and Marketing Manager at Logic Communications. He also taught a web design course as an adjunct at Bermuda College.
Craig’s ability to blend original ideas with functional elements ensures that the Cosmic team delivers websites that are both visually stunning and easy to use. He will serve as the web design and technical development lead for your project, overseeing all aspects of the development process from kick-off to final delivery. Craig will also provide training and support to ensure the ongoing maintenance and updates to your website are seamless and hassle-free.
Jessica

Jessica
Jessica was previously employed as the marketing coordinator at Rego Sotheby’s International Realty where she gained invaluable experience working alongside the global brand powerhouse, Sotheby’s. Her project management and content development skills were refined whilst building two world-class exhibits at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute from 2012-2015. At Cosmic, she manages client communication and cultivates marketing and business development opportunities. As part of her role at Cosmic, she focuses on the evolution of brand psychology and marketing in a changing digital landscape. Jessica will be the primary point of contact for any project and will be present every step of the way to ensure your project is completed on time and on budget.
Zoe
Zoe joined Cosmic in the fall of 2020 after completing her graphic design degree at Solent University in Southampton, England. Zoe is what we would call a natural talent. She is an individual who applies creativity to all aspects of her life and has done so since a very young age.
At Cosmic, Zoe collaborates with the team and adds value to our creative problem solving. Zoe has vision and the ability to translate campaign messaging into effective digital and print marketing.
In addition to graphic design, Zoe has an passion for photography and actively works to expand her knowledge and experience in that area.
